We will visit the oil mill, located in a 13th century house in the old town of Orta and with magnificent views of the Convent of Sant Salvador. After a few touches of local history, through a guided tasting of the monovarietal oils we produce (Empeltre, Arbequina and Picual), we will learn to differentiate the qualities of oil that are currently on the market, we will discover what benefits it brings to the health of olive oil and we will break some false myths that surround this food.
