Sample the simple, local Mediterranean cuisine of our restaurant, all prepared with local produce from this land. Although the dishes are simple, there is variety and the flavours are beautifully balanced. Stews are the order of the day, in particular those made with game such as wild boar. We use wild boar to make a Civet stew, and we make wild boar meatballs like we do at home; another dish is our original clam and cuttlefish suquet stew. Wild boar and other game were, for many years, how people subsisted in the mountains and was an important part of their diet. Today, these dishes have become veritable culinary treasures. Other local meat is also delicious, and lamb, kid and poultry are raised in a completely natural way in the open.
